The beginning of June, my husband and I were looking into hiring an attorney for a child support case that is very urgent for us to fix. So, we find the office of Michael D. Culy, my husband went in for a consultation with his paralegal, Wendy Sandoval. Within a week my husband put together all the paperwork she had asked for and the retainer, which is money for them to start doing some work. Well the first week went on by, thinking something was getting done with the case, then the second with nothing being done. By this time my husband got desperate to hear from them, to see if something was getting resolved. Wendy was always out of the office or busy with a client, when we'd call to speak with her. I went in to the office to speak with her about us no longer needing their services and wanting our money back. Wendy has no authority to give the money back to us, is what she told me, that I had to speak with Michael about that. So, since June 24th, I've been waiting for a phone call from the attorney, that his paralegal has been promising me, to get the retainer back. Well, today I speak with a secretary of the office and I ask her at what time will the Michael be in the office tomorrow, and she tells me that the attorney won't be in the office until thursday or friday. I am very disappointed in them because Wendy promised my husband that she could of help us within a 3 month period and it has been almost a month now and we have nothing resolved, but another problem by giving us trouble on getting our retainer back.
I will not recommend this office to any of my friends and family.
