Review content:
I was not angry about my car getting towed, I was confused because I was in the store whose parking lot I was in. I asked the representative how to dispute this and he said to e-mail him. I tried to e-mail the owner and explain to him my situation, he was rude to me and incorrectly corrected my grammer (to him, it is ""your welcome"" not ""you're welcome""). His last attack was this:
""Thank you for visiting the United States we appreciate your tourism and have no issue with you leaving to your native country.""
Although politely written, it is obvious that in the context of the situation, he was attacking my citizenship and my minority status.
As a company, they do their job efficiently. As for their employees, I would say that there is room for improvement.
