Review content:
I used this company once and will never go back again. All was fine until I got my key and went to start my car. The key had been forcibly removed with the ignition in an improper position which damaged my lock cylinder. The lock cylinder now has to be replaced at a cost of $300. I showed this to the attendant on duty and he had me fill out a damage report, saying that they had insurance to cover this sort of thing and promising that his manager, Patrick Flavin, would take care of it. I paid the exorbitant amount of $92.50 for four days parking and went on my way. When I called Patrick Flavin, he was rude, combative, and refused to listen to anything I had to say. He told me that I was lying and trying to scam him and then he hung up on me. Now I?m out the $92.50 plus $300 to fix my car and I feel like I have no recourse at all.
