This was my very first med spa experience and Kristen and Dr. Taylor were awesome! They clearly explained the procedures to me and always made sure I was completely comfortable at all times. I was really nervous at first as I was getting the laser hair removal and microdermabrasion.....but Kristen was so nice and thoroughly described each step before performing the treatments. She was quick, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about all of the processes including all of the ""at home"" products needed for post-treatments. I definitely will continue to go back especially since the results from my first session are already noticeable!
Pros: Awesome results, outstanding service, and beautiful ambiance!
Cons: Honestly, I had a wonderful experience! Nothing negative to report!
