I do not recommend the spot, as my dog was bitten by the owner's dog, who is there regularly. Although my dog plays hard, he has never gotten into a fight. My dog had three wounds (1 that was very deep) and I wonder if other dogs have also had problems there. The owner did not call me or my vet after the fight - and she did not inspect my dog properly as said she did not notice he was hurt after the fight (but she admitted he was bitten by her dog when I picked him up the next day and there was a noticable 2-3"" scab on the top of his back.) When I brought my dog back to show her the actual wounds after we saw the vet, it sounded like absolute mayhem behind the door and as if multiple tiffs were going on with the dogs. Although the owner was nice, apologized, and paid for half of my dog's bill (because it was her dog that bit him), I will never bring my dogs back there again. I told her I was concerned that her dog may be territorial. I am also concerned that they do not have enough control of the dogs. Regardless, I do not feel safe with them caring for my dogs.
