I recently visited this salon looking for my bridal gown and dresses for my bridesmaids. I had visited the store a few months back with a friend and noticed that something had changed from her experience - the people were friendlier, more helpful, etc. I asked the salesgirl (who I remembered from before) and she said that there was a new owner now and really focusing on customer service. I have to tell you, it definitely worked! I felt like I was important to them and so far, everything is going well. I would encourage others to give them a shot - the selection and convenience are unbelievable.
Pros: Dress selection, conveniently located, customer service
Cons: Store is neat, but looks outdated.
