I purchased a large amount of wood flooring from wood floors plus online. I don't live in MD, so I can't rate the place based on an actual visit, but I can tell you about my online experience...it was excellent. I have to admit that I was nervous about making a large purchase online, but I'm glad I did. I saved $1/sq ft over the next lowest online price and their shipping rate was half of their competitors (moldings are much less expensive as well). The boxes arrived within 4 days of my order in mint condition. The flooring itself is exactly what I had expected and it looks beautiful...I have one more room to lay. The service I received was ,all via email, was excellent. Before buying, I asked numerous questions over a two week period about the flooring, recommendations on installation, etc...and every question was responded to the same day with thourough answers from the same person. I know where I will be looking when my next flooring project comes up.
