This was the worst management company I have ever rented an apartment from. The staff is incredible rude and constantly lose things. I had to provide my renter's insurance information over and over again. When I bought a used car, which didn't have license plates, I called the office and asked if I could park it in the lot. I was told yes, but the next day my car was towed. I confronted the office manager and she said she wasn't responsible for what someone in her office told me. My air conditioning and heat both had to be repaired. My alarm never worked properly. There was an electrical fire in my laundry room. The front door to the building did not close, and after three requests I gave up asking them to fix it. The office lost the notice I gave them about moving and charged me an additional $5000 in eviction/court fees after I had moved. DO NOT MOVE HERE
