I purchased a new living room set. Upon checkout I was asked if I wanted to buy the ""extened warrenty"" to cover any stains or rips. I explained to him that I have purchased that warrenty elsewhere and found it to be a rip off because in the end no one ever replaced my stained couchs. He assured me the Cardi;s stands by their warrenty, ect. Anyway, I purchased it. My daughter got lipgloss on the cushions and marker (she is 4) I called right away and the repair man came and cleaned the cushions but the stains never came out. I called Cardi;s, and to make a long story short - they did not replace my cushions. Lipgloss is not covered. Marker is not covered. What a rip off. Never Ever Again will I buy furniture there.....or atleast not buy an extended warenty that covers nothing again.
