I made a Christmas order for my dad this year and got FANTASTIC service! Knowing little about stained glass, I did the best I could with ordering kits and tools. To my suprise, my order was looked over with care and detail and a representative from the company actually called me to help sort out a few details and give me the best deal for my money! I was so refreshed. Along with the customer service, this company's website is user friendly and offers good details about each product. Highly recommended.
