WARNING!!!!! Stay away from this place, stay far away. Find another gym to join. I have asked to cancel my membership due to financial difficulties and they asked me to come in and write a letter explaining my situation, which I did. They said that they would cancel it. A couple months later, I started getting calls from their payment office asking me to pay their bill. I called them numerous times to ask what was going on. They took my name and said someone would call me right back and noone ever did. I must have called them at least 20 times without any resolution as I was passed around from one person to another. They finally said they could not help me and they had given my account to collections! What they did was, they just froze my account without communicating with me and started charging my credit card a couple months later. This is fraud. I never gave them authorization to charge my credi card. They are now refusing to talk to me. And their final reply was ""Do whatever you want"". DO NOT JOIN this gym. It is an awful place with awful people. No wonder they are an F at BBB!
