Review content:
I switched to Darnestown Shell from the dealership, I guess a couple of years ago. The dealership was providing poor service, and it was becoming a very poor value, so I decided to try Jim and his group at Darnestown Shell. They were actually able to accomplish a repair to the air conditioning system that the dealership still had not repaired after spending $2500. Jim had it up and running for $600, and I have been with him ever since. I have 6 cars in the family, and I take all our business to them. I even occasionally restore antique cars, and they sometimes help me with those too. To give you a good idea of what kind of shop Darnestown Shell is, I had left my car there to do an oil change, then went across the street in another car and Jim called me on my cell phone, telling me I had a brake light out. He said to be sure to stop by on the way back and he would take care of it. He fixed the light for me for no charge. Darnestown Shell has a great group of people, and I have all the confidence in the world in them. Bill Bowman
