Oh my gosh! It was the best catering experience I have ever had, as a guest or thrown. The staff was so professional , yet great and not to stuffy. The food was out of this world. The guest made comments all through the night and even for weeks after the wedding. They had the best chicken marsela I have ever had, the sauce just made you mouth water and made you want more and more. The beef just melted in your mouth, not to dry, not to rare and smelled marvelous. Veggies wer done just perfect and the potatoes.
Pros: The servers were wonderful, professional , yet fun.
