Our house had speakers in it already, but they were deadhead and the equipment room was a complete mess. Surreal Systems, Inc. came in and were able to get everything working and looking great. From start to finish they were very professional and explained everything as they went along. They fit everything back into the electrical box where it belonged but had never been before. Also, they showed up completely prepared to work. They had everything they needed right there on their truck. They are definitely on top of their game.
There were two guys, one in the living room and one outside. They worked quickly and efficiently and got things done a lot faster than we'd expected. They took care to tape up our woodwork and didn't mar anything, and were very careful as they worked. The job turned out to be more complex then what we'd all originally thought, and they spent the extra time working on it. They cleaned up when they were done, you would have never known they were here. They even followed-up to make sure things were working correctly. We had a tiny issue with our internet, but Matt came right out and fixed it.
I am thrilled with how our system turned out. The way this company is run, putting the customer first, is how all companies should work. It's that customer is first type attitude that will keep me calling them. This is an outstanding company.
