Review content:
We interviewed several different companies for an elaborate home set-up. We have a cabinet full of goodies, and 9 TVs inside and outside, Blu-ray, and surround sound. It was a system in a whole new house. We weren't sure what we could afford, and how much everything would cost. We talked to several companies, and it was quickly apparent that Surreal Systems was giving us the best options.
Surreal Systems gave us the most bang for our buck. We got quality speakers, and he told us where we could simplify, including sub-domes in the bedrooms. They were able to integrate our existing system and had very competitive pricing. I was going to buy the TVs myself, because I thought I would get a better price, but he ended up providing them for a very fair price.
He hooked up and programmed all of the TVs. The system is excellent, and very impressive. It is functional, and the simplicity is fantastic. Everyone who looks at it is blown away. I think the biggest credit to Surreal Systems is the knowledge they have of what they do. They are incredibly knowledgeable and responsive to what the customer needs.
The instillation crew was impeccable. They cleaned after they were done and wired everything for me. They were very professional. When they say they are going to do something, they take care of it on that exact day. Surreal Systems has a detailed list of schedules for all their customers. He never pulls off of jobs to go help someone else, but instead keeps to the time he has told you. Their close out package is airtight. They were the best contractors I had work on the house.
