Mr Bob Martinez was not only extremely efficient in getting my refinancing done, he also too all of the time that was needed to make sure I understood all of the concepts in the paperwork that were unfamiliar to me. He listened to what I needed and also advised me as to what I could do to improve my credit in the future.
