Innovative Sight & Sound came highly recommend by a friend of ours who had a very good experience with them. We hired them to do a home theater installation for us and purchased the equipment from them as well. Everything turned out exactly as they had represented and we are very happy.
They were very professional. We did not know exactly what we wanted and they were very patient with us, giving us a lot of information to work with. They gave us a low-end and a high-end quote and let us decide what we wanted to do.
We took their recommendations on the equipment that we purchased and, after the installation, they came back to help us learn how to use the system. As soon as we called them, they were there. We would definitely use Innovative Sight & Sound again.
