I paid a visit to Bulldog Barbecue yesterday - and MAN was it good!\r

Chef Howie Kleinberg took my order of a 1/4 rack of ribs, some chipotle fries and some wings.\r
\r
The beurre blanc on the wings set them apart from any that I have had. When I asked how they were prepared all that flavor became clear - they're smoked and then flash fried.\r

I really meant to try their bbq sauce (two one hand, a tomato based sauce and a mustard based sauce), but my ribs were so flavorful that I never got to it.\r

Cornbread - awesome!\r

Chipotle fries - super crispy.\r
\r
One complaint: the butter for my cornbread was so cold it was nearly impossible to spread (I would have loved to have had some honey butter too!).\r

All in all: Awesome place - I will definitely be back (maybe today for lunch!).
