I just wanted to say Gene with CapCity Home Inspections is a true professionals, my wife and I were looking for property in Davis, CA and had found the perfect home, but were we not sure what to expect because we are from out of state. When Gene was done with the inspection he showed us every thing they had found. We thought because the house was built in 2003 there would not be too much wrong, boy were we wrong. WE REALLY APPRECIATE GENE'S detailed report and photos!!! .And if your wondering YES we bought the home and we love it. We feel we made a new friend in Ca. Thanks Again CapCity Home Inspections
