We were at six flags and spun the wheel and won the vegas trip but in order to get it you have to go there and sit through what they say is about an hour and a half presentation. You are not under and obligation to buy but you have to sit through it. You also have to put up a deposit to reserve your appt time--$20.00 for during the week and $40.00 on the weekend which you get back once you finish the process. Ok fine. Our appt was at 2:30. We got there at 2. Our person comes to get us and takes us back to a room where there are hundreds of people. What they do is sit you and your spouse at a table with your rep. The rep asks you questions about your family and your vacation/leisure spending habits, then they go into their script. Show you around the facility, show you an actual sample room of what it looks like and so on. Then you go back to the table and the fun starts. Going into this i believe everyone know s what they do and just want to hear the bottom line but they will not give it to you until the absolutely suck the life out of you. They kept us there 3 1/2 hrs! You are buying a room basically at all the resorts.. It costs $15,500 dollars.. You put a $3800 down payment and your payments are $491.00 a month! WTH.. ok.. so im like can't do it can i have my free trip now...NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO you have to wait for one of the managers to come and try to see this to you just like a car dealership finance person does. We waiting an hour for someone to come over. I had to go to the front desk and the guy was on his phone texting.. oh man i will get someone over there.. 10 more mintues go by.. so she comes..I tell her.. i can't do any of this i dont want any part of it.. i need to go can we just get what we came for? NOpe... she goes away and comes back with another fabulous deal that ""she just happened to pull out of her butt"" no i say, she kept on with another deal, no, i said.. She goes away and send yet another person!!!!!! No we say.. he gets annoyed and says fine.. i'll take you to your free gifts... We walked in at 2 and walked out at 6!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wanted to cry. All these men care about is making money.. they dont give a crap about you. They use the free trips to get you there and then beat you down trying to sell you stuff.. They dont take no for an answer and waste your time. They are no better than car dealership finance people. THen they put you in another waiting area for you to get your free gifts .. That process was a little easier... They did give me my deposit back and some gift cards and i go my free trip. Haven't read the fine print on it.. im sure there's a catch!!!!!!!!!!! Unless you have nothing to do and like not being listened to.. and have 4 hrs or so to waste.. PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS... THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!
