Long story short: Went to Road Runner for years...my final trip resulted in a huge dent and perforations down both sides of my car. My insurance company confirmed that the damage was done by a car wash, and since I've only used Road Runner for the past several years, advised me to contact Road Runner. Several attempts were made by me to contact the company (speaking once with an employee, and also leaving a detailed voice mail)...no response. I'm taking a loss for the over 900 dollars in damages that this car wash put on my car...and can't even get the company to come back to acknowledge responsibility. I do not have the time, nor do I have any more money to waste taking them to court. I simply spread the word to STAY AWAY. I have pictures of the damage to my car, a detailed report from my insurance company, as well as my receipt and bank statement which shows that I was at the car wash the day of the damage, and past bank statements showing that I ONLY frequented Road Runner. I don't know what's worse...the car wash itself or the lack of customer service. I have a feeling that their refusal to speak with me shows that this has happened before. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH...unless you want serious damage to your car. It was an expensive lesson learned, but I will now stay away from automatic car washes, especially Road Runner.
