My initial motivation for joining Nexus was to learn something new work-out and add a little something different into my everyday life. I am happy to report I found it! And MUCH more... being a member now for almost 4 months Nexus has exceeded my expectations! Already I have learned self defense techniques that I will carry with me for the rest of my life! The classes foster a learning environment one that is supportive and FUN - before I know it class is over and I have just had an amazing work-out. A new mom within the last 2 years I can honestly say I am in better shape now than I was pre-pregnancy! (Way better than any gym treadmill and NEVER boring!!!) The instructors are witty and caring and classmates welcoming and encouraging. I have made ...
