Review content:
This place is poor quality in many ways. They take way too long to see people, even when they aren't crowded. This is likely because they are understaffed. A personal friend of mine who worked their told me horror stories about the place. They also overprescribe antibiotics, which is irresponsible as a practice. I came in once with my sister, who was legitimately ill and they said it sounded like I had bronchitis and said I should take a z-pack. I had a mild cold. They also had an assistant give my sister an IV to rehydrate. They inserted the IV into her arm wrong and it was extremely painful, as the fluid was not entering her vein, but her muscle tissue. She said that it hurt multiple times, and it took over five minutes before they realized they had done it wrong.
