I pay $134 a month for association fees. Not one thing has ever been done by Timmons. My shrubs died. I replaced them. My gate broke, my dad repaired it. After many calls to Timmons, nothing was covered. My roof leaks......what's the point in calling, they either won't show up, or say it's not covered.......but break one association rule and expect the Police Dept. to tell you that your Lavender Blooming Plants are touching the sidewalk.
