This has to be one of the worst property management companies I have had the displeasure of knowing!
Who knows where our HOA dues are going? To the multiple landscape companies we have gone through in just a few short years that still don't maintain all of the common areas. To the charge of trying to get a copy of the financials for the last year? To the property manager, who will remain nameless, that is impossible to get on the phone and won't return messages? To the numerous letters that get sent out threatening to fine every homeowner in our neighborhood?
My guess would be all of the above. They are the biggest headache to deal with and I would never live, nor would I recommend living, in another community that is managed by Timmons Properties!
