Review content:
We took our dog to Petco on Bald Hill in Rhode Island for a grooming. First, what they quoted us wasn't actually what they charged once we arrived at the counter to pay it was about 20 dollars over. We questioned it and all they said was that it took longer to groom since she was a puppy. However, when we went inside the grooming room it looked like scraping butter that's soft from the tray. Our dog didn't look aggitated nor complicated when we took a peek. When they were finished, they didn't call us to let us know to pick her up. My husband decided to just go over there and see what's happening. He called me to let me know that our dog was in a cage and no one was in the room. Most of all, the cut was horrible. They did a terrible job and never called us to pick her up. I would never take her back there again. In fact we now use ""dog patch"" to have her pampered and we couldn't be happier.
