When I first brought my VW to him after the runaround with other shops who could not figure out the real problem and after spending $1800.00 with the guessing game of others, he found the real problem (a $250.00 problem after all I might add). I was sceptical from the start after being through what I had been through with other shops. But Frank was great and even wanted me to come down to the shop so he could visually show me the real, obvious and overlooked problem. His honesty and fair prices have led me to recommend his shop to everyone.
