I pretty much agree with all the other reviews warning people against this place. They will pressure you into a crap deal where you end up paying a lot more than you think. Shady business practices and overall a dump. Once you get in and you realize that either nothing works or breaks down after the first week of being there, you'll begin looking at options of getting out. But part of their shady practice is there is ""no lease break policy"". Are you kidding me? How shady is that? You're forced to stay in a over priced bug infested dump with unsafe or non working appliances? Maintenance staff is slow and incompetent. As a renter for many years this place has ruined renting for me. I will never, ever rent again. If I am forced into such a position I will definitely hire an attorney and inspector beforehand. Stay away, you will regret coming here!
