If I would have had a option of rating this vendor with NO STARS, I would...The customer service is terrible and the store owner is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. After placing an order for more than $1800 worth of nursery furniture, they told me delivery would cost $130 when I placed my order.A month and a half later I returned to pay off the balance and schedule delivery but they now wanted to charge me $170 for delivery and assembly. If it wasn't that the store owner SAM had written the amount on my original receipt for delivery AND assembly it would not have been a big deal. But when I called later that day to let him know that the price he should have charged was $130, not $170 he told me that the price had gone up due to the increase in gas prices. This was the first time GAS prices were even brought up and mind you the price of gas was currently $0.15 LESS than it was a month and a half ago when I had placed the original order! The store owner is a liar and the store's selling practices are the worst I have ever experienced in my life!!! I would NEVER recommend USA Baby to anyone I know.
Cons: Incompetent and extremely rude store manager (SAM)!
