I really don't know where to start. This hotel was nasty. The bed looked at if someone was jumping on it. One pillow was flat and worn as if someone just got out of the bed. The blankets were crumbled like something happen in that bed just prior to us arriving. The bathroom had stains on the toliet which we had to clean. The carpet was dirty and torn. The airconditioner was loud and did not work. There were bullet holes in the walls and there was a substance that looked bloody all in the bed under the sheets. The door to the room had dents in it and the door was separating from the wall, as if someone kicked in the door before. I took 28 pictures, and I wish that I could post them. This was a nasty hotel and I wish there was something that I could do to stop them from selling this kind of service to anyone else. I called and asked for a refund because I don't not live like that and I do not sleep in places that are gross and I was told by a person named Molly at the front desk that they do not give refunds. I told her I had just checked in less than five minutes ago and I wanted my money back, I would rather go somewhere else, she told me ""NO"" When I asked to be put in another room, she told me I would have to pay an additional amount of money. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I stayed there because I was on limited funds and I had already paid for the room, and I could not afford to get another hotel room without a refund but I did not get any sleep.
Pros: The service was fast not crowded at all. Not many customers.
Cons: The room was gross, could be why there were not many customers.
