Horrible service. Had reservations for full hook-up but got moved to electric only no notice. Lied to about reason why I was moved. The owner said ""they had to give my spot to pipeline workers"". I knew the spot I had reserved & it was NOT occupied by pipeline workers but by a local family (I have camped by them in the past & remembered their trailer & plate #) who didn't even show up to the campsite the days we were there. 7 of us were camping in our 5th wheel & we traveled 13 miles one way to town for showers at home cause we knew that our gray water tank would fill up too fast. The sites that have full hook ups the sewer overflows onto the campsites (I have witnessed & smelled this several times) & you have trouble with fuses blowing a lot. Talked to my neighbor next to me & they were set up in their reserved full hookup site for a few days when the owners told them they had to move to an electric only site for the rest of their reserved time cause they gave their spot to someone else. They continually had trouble with fuses blowing & was told they ""didn't need to run their air conditioner when they weren't in their 5th wheel even though their dog was in it"". The day I checked out the owner charged me for full hookup. I told the owner I didn't have full hookup & was told that we used their towels & showers ( I told them we never used any of their towels or showers). The owner said ""That's out policy & has been for 15 years"". We checked their shower facilities after checking out & there are no towels. When I gave the owner my money I said that it was ridiculous. On top of all this you have to find another location to dump your trailer cause they don't have facilities to do so. Days after arriving home I received a letter from the resort stating that ""they canceled my future reservations because I thought they were a ""rip off"". I said that it was ""ridiculous"" when I handed my money to them, not a rip off. Very rude owners. Pros: Right next to lake Cons: Rude owners. Health concerns with raw sewage in campsites, blown fuses & moved for no reason to a campsite you don't want but charged full price.
