i had horrible experience with this place. I paid twice more than similar ones in terico expecting better quality. but the fabricators said slabs were no good due to uneven thickness. after installed, the thickness was so uneven between 3 slabs -- more tha 25% thiner than what I paid for. it was so obvious to eyes. someone from the granite outlet called me to follow up so I told them I was very upset. then the manager called me. instead of apolozing he insulted me, accusing me for free stuff which I never asked for. I have never been treated like this in my life. I used very top of the line tiles for my kitchen (like $50 sq ft for material) but I feel this big kitchen project was ruined because of their granite not to mention this mistreat. They should let consumers know what we are paying for.
