I hired California Arbor Care to trim and reduce an ash tree and they did a very lousy job. Very unprofessional and ugly- the tree is uneven and unsightly. Every time I approach my home I see the tree and am disappointed that one side looks beautiful and the other looks like it was hacked by amateurs. I regret the day I hired California Arbor Care to trim and reduce my formerly beautiful, if over grown tree.
I would recommend asking the California Arbor Care crew they send to do your job if he is a certified tree worker or an arborist. I think Mike is the only arborist on staff. If not, do not let the California Arbor Care tree trimmer in your tree!!! Ask to see their credentials too, because the crew that came to my house did not have them and could not produce them when asked.
Pros: None, a one day job in two days
Cons: People in the trees are not certified!
