when i went there to buy a fish, as i was looking at all the tanks, EVERY tank had dead fish in it and in every tank all the fish were covered in ich. the man told me the pleco would be fine in my unheated tank which is around 62 degrees (all comets). the fish i got appeared fine and healthy until i took it home. i saw that my fish was covered in ich and had cloudy eyes, i decided to just treat my tank and hope that would solve the problem. it died 3 days later. when i called, the man gave me MAJOR attitude on the phone and rudely asked why i bought a sick fish and i told him it had appeared healthy until i got home. now i have to drive the 20 mins it takes to get there with the dead fish and MY tank water so they could test it and determine if it was my tank which is impossible because none of my fish have died in over 3 months. he was overall VERY rude and i will NEVER be going here EVER again. from now on i will only go to petco or petsmart.
