I am greatly confused by some of these reviews as I have been privy to only the highest professionalism and customer care of any boutique I've ever entered at Divas. Several months ago a friend of mine needed her second mother's gown and she asked me to accompany her. When we walked into Divas we were immediately greeted. Well, I was. My friend was on the phone but quickly got off so not to seem rude. There were 2 young women in there. One looked at my friend, remembered her name and what she had purchased from 5 years ago! Try getting that type of service ANYWHERE else! After shopping with my friend my daughter called not 2 weeks later to tell me she would be getting married as well! With limited planning time (her fiance is in the military) we made an appointment with the ladies at Divas. The following week we went in and had a wonderful time! My daughter is plus sized and we had only a short time before the wedding. The first questions out of our consultant's mouth was not about sizing or budget but where, date, time of day, styles she had been liking. Now Divas is a boutique, not a large box store, so they primarily special order all wedding gowns. We were told our choices were limited due to timing to order a gown. One company we liked would not ship a gown even if we rushed it because it had to be a 3 week difference between the delivery and actual wedding date. Our consultant (Michelle) made sure we found a gown by a company that could pull it off for us with no time constraints to worry about! She stayed within budget. Granted, to order bridal, be prepared to definitely spend a thousand dollars minimum but like I stated prior, this is a boutique. I found both young ladies who helped us fun, charming, polite, genuine, and caring about our needs. I feel some people come to write some of these reviews with malicious agendas. In my several trips in I have observed these ladies working with many different people and doing a bang up job on each visit! I commend you Divas for all your hard work and your total commitment to your clientele. I will be spreading only FABULOUS reviews of you!
