I had Richard inspect a home we are thinking of purchasing. He came to the house and did a meticulous job (spending many hours at the home). He also came back to the house to examine the functionality of the AC because he couldn't look at it the first time due to weather. He is honest, thorough and most of all, very very easy to work with! I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for an inspector. I'm so glad we found him and so thankful for his expertise! He knows what he's doing and did a truly fantastic job!
