Review content:
I chose this TCBY location because I had a coupon from the 2008 Entertainment Passbook, which I had purchased to help out a local school. I took my daughter there to get ice cream. I ordered and went to pay, and I handed the clerk my coupon. He shook his head and pointed to a sheet of paper taped to the counter which had the handwritten note ""No Coupon."" It was a little late to cancel my order, and I couldn't do it simply because my daughter would start crying. I feel that this is false advertising. The owner of this store is profiting from the advertising he gets from the Passbook and is not honoring the coupons unjustly. Yes, the purchase was a small one, but I wouldn't have gone to the store if I'd known I'd be charged $6 for two small ice creams.
Cons: Unfriendly and rude clerk/owner, misleading advertising, not well stocked
