I called on the phone and Ben said come right over. I did and was first in line. At first I was apprehensive since the place is not fancy; just a converted do-it-yourself car wash. I said what I wanted and they got right to work. I have a convertible so hand washing was important since I did not want high pressure spray on the window seals. When Ben arrived he came right over to where I was waiting (the discount shop next door) and introduced himself and made sure that I was getting what I wanted. Within an hour or so they had finished and I was invited to inspect their work. Everything was great and the car looked new, of course. The price was a bit more than what was on their Web site but it was worth it for having the job done with no water inside the car.
I would go back again if I am ever in the srea with my own car.
