Review content:
I have been into this shop several times in Logan. Every occasion I have visited the shop I have eventually found what I am looking for, however it comes with a cost. At most outdoor retail locations I am bombarded with customer service help, this is the antithesis of that experience. I usually spend as much time trying to find someone to help me as I do walking from my house to the shop 3 blocks away. Usually I have to interupt two employees (who are nowhere near the register) talking to get some assistance. This afternoon I think someone who works there (there are no discernable uniforms for the employees) was sitting on a bench with some sunglasses on and gave me a ""hello"" as I walked past? It was an older man, who I think may be the manager?? I do enjoy their products, but from now on I'll just order my needs online and spare the hollow excuse for service in a brick and mortar establishment.
