Called to make appt...girl didnt know which end of the Mall they were on! GOT there sat down started talking to girl..she said excuse me...walked away...came back and said she was SICK....duh! Then she keep saying she was sick....I say Well will you get in the middle and not beable to finish....I dont know I'm sick....I think I have to leave..OK...she says.....so we leave - there were TWO of us with back to back appts.....i went back in and ask for the manager NONE....the girl at the desk says we can reschedule -- I DONT THINK SO.....pitiful greeting floor was full of hair....one girl was on her cell.....like a Jr High class room! Save your money....
