Review content:
I have lived here going on four years. I first loved my apartment, but now sometimes wish I could move. The apartments are old, and very DRAFTY. My energy bill is very high at times $300 per month. It seems they only care about new tenants - giving them cheap rent deals sometimes $60-$80 cheaper than we pay. Also I tried to sign a new lease, Denise in the office said that I could not because it has been too long since my lease expired?! A maintenance man entered my apartment while I was gone?! I now pay a ""water bill"" every month, and I have talked to MANY people who live here and I pay more rent than ANY of the people I talk to. I pay $720 per month. I am stuck here until we fix our credit problems to buy a house, as I love the school district. Two of my kids have special needs and the school here is awesome!
