Businiess name:  Lapels Dry Cleaning

Review content:
I have been living in the Back Bay for 27 years. I have never, never been serviced by a dry cleaner as well as Lapels at 273 Newbury St. These guys got it right. Every time I go in it seems I have some mess to drop off. They always work to solve my problem, ex. food, wine, baby formula, whatever. They accommodate my schedule and I have the owners cell phone number. I did't even ask for it. If you must dry clean you owe it to youself to go to Lapels. Pros: Customer Service, quality Cons: They call you to ask how everything is
