Dennis himself from Heritage Solar, Inc. was very personable and was inclined to explain as much as possible. He checked the place personally and followed up on the paperwork with the city in an expedient and professional manner, leaving me very little to do. Heritage Solar, Inc. got things installed in the time frame that they said. The guys that installed were quick to take care of any issues.
The nice thing about Heritage Solar, Inc. is that it's not a huge company. You are dealing with the people who are responsible for the bottom line fairly directly. You're not going to get the same vague comments promised by salespeople. Comparing the quality of my system compared to that of other installations even in my local area, I find that it is superior in product and installation!
