Review content:
My general contractor hired this excavating company to replace my sewer line. The work itself was done quickly and seems to have been done well.
However, Brennan is in a dispute with my contractor and keeps dragging me into it. He showed up at my door and tried to threaten a lien on my house even though I paid my bill to the contractor and there was not one piece of paperwork linking me to Brennan.
Now I've been served a letter that says I may be subpoenaed to appear in court.
I empathize with his frustration if the contractor truly hasn't met his obligation. But based on how I've been treated as the end consumer, I can't say I'd recommend the company.
