I brought my car in for a cleaning and wax job prior to leaving the state for a family wedding. I have no complaints about the wash and wax, but I noticed that my custom made sun shade was missing from the car the following day. I immediately contacted the manager and he said they'd look for it. The end result was that they couldn't find it. When I returned to town I went in talked to both the manager and the owner. The management pointed out a sign which says they're not responsible for missing items. The sunscreen was in the car when I brought it in and missing when I left. As stated earlier, I did speak with both the manager and the owner and received no satisfaction from either one.
I wasn't even offered a free car wash which at least would have been an attempt on their part to satisfy an obviously unhappy customer.
I will not return to this place of business as they refused to even consider offering to replace a $59.00 piece of personal property that was obviously misplaced by their staff.
