When I was looking to sell my house, my sister recommended Advance Realty Direct. We worked directly with Phil Tirabassi, who sold my mother's house and my house.
I would absolutely recommend Phil. He is very detailed and knowledgeable of the Baltimore area.
He stayed on top of things and kept me up-to-date on viewings, including any feedback on the house.
Currently, we are working with Phil on selling my mother-in-law's house. Because of the results we had seen with the previous two homes he sold for us, we decided to use him again. It was a no-brainer.
His original presentation goes over and above what anyone else puts together. With my mother-in- -law's house, we initially brought in other realtors. However, Phil's knowledge of the area and his presentation far exceeded that of the other realtors.
With Phil, you know he is going to work hard for you and get you the best price he can. He does a really good job.
