When my husband and I bought our first home, we knew the windows were in dire need of replacement. After having a few quotes done by different companies, my husband and I were very much on edge and confused. When the representative came from Feldco to give us a quote and to talk about options, we were very impressed, and felt very comfortable. The rep was knowledgeable and professional. After we placed our order, we realized that we had not ordered full screens, (something that we really wanted). The company responded to us quickly and we were able to add onto our purchase with ease. When installation time came, the workers were wonderful!! Two installers came out and worked very hard all day, replacing all of the windows in our home, as well as replacing the back patio door. The quality and care of their work really showed, and I was quite impressed. Our entire experience with Feldco from the beginning has been wonderful, from their customer service to the quality of the windows and installation. We will be using them in the future to replace the last of our old windows.
