I went on here to write a review of facility that I am so glad I have in my life and in my dogs life. To find that another person wrote a complete negative review based on lies that are clearly made up - Then I realized after reading it carefully I was waiting behind this couple when they were dropping off. It was an oriental couple that wanted a tour right then and there when they were dropping off their dog at about 5 pm - the office was very busy and the couple was actially or acting like they did not speak good English but by what I read their English is just fine. The woman at the desk who I have know for over 6 years did everything she could to accomadate them. AS she helped the many customers she had a video put on for them and then finally had another staff member show them where there dog was going - when they saw the area at that time they could have left with their dog. I have seen the facility and yes I have toured other kennels including Wags worth, The are all large buildings with areas divided for the dogs-Wagsworth must have only showed them the expensive area because they also have large rooms where the dogs are separated with caging. If this couple knows so much wht didn't they tour the facilty ahead of time why did they go back to wagsworth it is only 15 min from Molly's. MOlly's has always been an honest safe place to not only leave your dog but also to get your dog groomed. I was there picking my dog up from grooming and was told by Anne to have a certain medical condition checked out by my vet that she felt my dog had a problem. Yes at first I was upset to be told this but when I did follow her advice my vet told me it was incredible that she was able to see that and in fact my dog does have a problem and is now getting the proper treatment becasue of the staff at this facility. I have now read many reviews of many places and notice that people complain and lie when they do not get what they want with regard for the truth. With taking no resposibility for their own choices or actions. Maybe there should be an area to review people who review so we can tell who is being honest and who is just full of it because they take no responsiblity for their own choices or actions. An educated consumer does not complain. AS FOR MOLLY'S COUNTRY KENNELS THEY ARE THE BEST AND MY DOG AND MY FUTURE DOGS WILL NEVER GO ANY WHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU FOR MOLLY'S FOR BEING THERE AND HAVING GREAT STAFF!!!!!
