Review content:
Bubbalou's advertised a 16-18 lb. whole smoked turkey which we bought for Thanksgiving. When we got home we weighed the bird in at a bit under 10lbs. When I called the manager he said the advertised weight was ""raw weight"" and they lose some weight when cooked. He agreed that a 40% weight loss is not right but he said he can't do anything to help since he's already sold more orders than he can fill anyway. I now have to go out and buy another turkey to feed the family coming over for the holiday. This is a ripoff and indicative of the type of business that Bubbalou's represents so be warned and stay away from Bubbalou's.
