Review content:
Being one of the only Kawasaki Dealers around the twin cities I had to go through them for a few parts. Overpriced!!! They told me it should be at the shop within 3-5 days, I called a week later and the older guy never ordered it. Therefore I couldnt attend my annually bike trip because it took another 6 days to get there. One of my bike keys got bent, called them and asked for them to order me another one and the old guy says ""call a locksmith"" and hung up. Called back few hours later and he said ""I'm not a damn locksmith I am a mechanic"". I said well how can I get a new key, you guys are the only dealer around me can you order a new one. He goes ""thats your problem kid""!. I will not ever go there again, nor would I recommend anyone to go there. Old Bastard needs to appreciate his customers a little more
